Questions buyers ask us
What is the minimum order?
Our minimum order is just 12 records — enough for a keepsake run, with bulk pricing tiers as quantities grow.
How long does production take?
2 weeks (faster turnaround available with express shipping). The clock starts once you approve your free mockup, not when you place the order.
Do I pay anything before I see a proof?
No. We send a free mockup within 24 hours and you pay nothing until you approve the design.
What audio files do you need?
WAV or AIFF at full resolution — one file per side or per track. Our engineers check levels, spacing and side length and flag anything before pressing.
How much music fits on a record?
About 22 minutes a side on a 12-inch at 33 rpm, and about 4.5 minutes a side on a 7-inch at 45 rpm. We will advise if your tracklist needs a different cut.
Can you press from an old recording or cassette?
Usually, yes. Send what you have — we clean up and master the transfer, and tell you honestly if the source will not cut well.
Can you match our brand or artwork colours?
Yes. Send your references and we match labels, vinyl color and jackets, then confirm everything on your mockup before pressing.
What artwork do you need from me?
High-resolution art for the labels and jacket, or just your logo and photos — our designers build the full package layout at no charge.
